I'm currently doing a 16-week cycle of 550mg Test and 500mg Tren per week, and I'm wondering... should I even bother with my years-long tradition of taking HMB, L-Glutamine, and L-Arginine before each workout? Considering the much better "supplements" that I'm taking, are the over-the-counter ones even worth the trouble? Or is there some benefit? Also, I'm always seriously bloated the day after my workout... is this from the Glutamine and/or Arginine? Do these cause water retention?
