The best and quickest thing to do would be to write down EVERYTHING you put into your mouth on two days (today and tomorrow) making sure eat how you normally would and then start a new thread asking for diet advice and post up what you ate. This will give guys a chance to review it and and make suggestions for an immediate change. The other way which involves figuring out your BMR and current macro breakdown and adjusting your BMR and macros to fit your cycle and desired gains is better but will take longer .
Thats what ill do thanx ill make a thread in a couple days of exactly whay im eating just went grocery shopping today so its the perfect time

Do you track calories ? If not you have to start doing this. You not know how much you are eating. Many guys think they eat enough but really not. What about training and rest ? Some hit the gym 3 times a week when using gear.. Hello !! WTF ?
We all have to do it 100% in the gym but it only counts like 30% the 70% that is left comes from a good diet and enough rest/sleep.
The more gear will not make you grow but hard training and food will.
