Im on the last few weeks on my cycle right now wasnt as happy as i was last
year so im thinkin fuck it do another
cycle after pct and try something else (currently on test e 500 e3d and deca
300 e3d)so im thinking tren ace what do you guys recommend for tren first
timers and what type of tren im thinkin ace because of the short ester if i dont
feel right ill just stop and itl be out of me fast is this smart or ?? I want to
know about dose and if i should have other stuff ready jus encase shit goes
downhill im 28 diets awsome 5'8 and 170lbs anyinfo will help thanx guys !!.

If you're 5ft 8 and 170lbs I'd say your diet is the problem and not the gear! You should have grown like a weed on test and deca and the only reasons why you wouldn't have are if your the gear was bad or you weren't taking in enough calories and the right kind of calories!! I've said this so many times that I feel.like a broken record - the hardest thing to learn when you start taking steroids is how you need to adjust your diet and Macro's so you get the type of gains you want. Nutrition is about 80% of gains.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

My first tren cycle i ran 200 mg tren E. After 6 weeks i bumped it up to 300. Just start with a low dose. Short esters can be rough right off the bat.

No point to do pct then hopping right back on cycle. Pct is for when you plan to stay off for a while. Better off taking it down to a cruise for a couple months then blasting. Also bulk is 100% right. You prob need to eat a fuck ton more food. Good luck to you bro.

I agree with u i am having a hard time with my diet right now i am eating alot but i do miss alot of meals in the morning last year i had awsome gains on the same cycle ur probly right i just see what tren does to my friends and they dot work half as hard as i do and tere twice my size now ill try diet forsure i still have to finish the cycle anyways so ill take any advice u have on diet

If you're talking about adjusting your diet for the last few weeks of your current cycle, that's great, but I don't think you'll notice any drastic changes from it.
For your next cycle adding Tren, I would run at least 4000 calories a day 35%C 35%P 30%F and adjust as needed. My understanding of Tren (will be starting my first run soon) is that it turns all nutrients into useful tissue, to put it simply. Adjust from there if needed.

The best and quickest thing to do would be to write down EVERYTHING you put into your mouth on two days (today and tomorrow) making sure eat how you normally would and then start a new thread asking for diet advice and post up what you ate. This will give guys a chance to review it and and make suggestions for an immediate change. The other way which involves figuring out your BMR and current macro breakdown and adjusting your BMR and macros to fit your cycle and desired gains is better but will take longer .
