OPTION 2: Aromasin- 12.5mg every day

Optional HCG: HCG during cycle to keep testes producing natural testosterone. 250iu's twice a week.

PCT: Nolvadex and clomid 4 weeks
Week 1: clomid 75mg & nolva 40mg every day
Week 2: clomid 50mg & nolva 20mg every day
Week 3: clomid 50mg & nolva 20mg every day
Week 4: clomid 50mg & nolva 20mg every day

Diet:
Click>> log on diet & training. This is an excellent recomp diet

Whats the recommendation for starting my PCT?

It depends on the ester of test you were using. If prop you’re good to start, if enth or cyp wait 10-14 days, sustanon 16 daysdays

After 4 weeks, it says at the top of the PCT schedule "PCT 4 weeks"

I am not talking about the "POST CYCLE". I am asking about the AI.

Everyone is going to have a different idea. I run the AI for the complete cycle at a low dose.. But I'm real sensitive to estrogen it seems, hence why I keep on top of it the whole time.

Other will suggest only to use when symptoms show up

This is great! Wish I’d had this spelled out of for me so plainly before my first cycle. It’s exactly what I did, but took a while get the truth and fiction sorted out.
