      Just chiming in here if you guys don’t mind. I guess everyone has there own individual preference but I use to use 23g 1 inch. But little while ago I decided to go with 23g 1.5 inch and I feel like it’s better I can definitely tell it gets deeper into the muscle tissue and I find it easier to inject. However I don’t really use shoulders or quads if so I’d say stick to 1 inch for those spots

      Well bro your right you nailed it I mean I’m not the smartest guy on here either but seems like you know your stuff man. A lot of beginners don’t understand the importance of diet.

      With that being said I agree with you one hundred percent about food intake. I’ve seen guys wanting to bulk running test deca and Adrol or dbol and they don’t have there diet where it needs to be and they think it’s bad gear or something? But I try to explain you can’t run a car without putting gas in the tank. I feel like that’s probably the best way to explain it to a novice user if they aren’t seeing the gains they want from there cycle.

      I'm not a expert on anything except Fucking up. People can be in a caloric surplus and still not see much gain. They might have a high metabolism. Eat more ya know

      Im having to stop my cycle early, going offshore for work and cannot take gear out there. I took anavar at 50mg a day for 4 weeks and test e 500mg (2x 250) for 3 weeks.

      Recommendations and length of PCT for that short of a cycle?

      What do you use glutes? Man i have heard of guys injecting in pecs, calves. seems all over. My ****** gear I do delts. UG lab is always quads. Inow its going to sound strange but in case of dirty gear i would rather lose a leg than arm. I have not heard of that and i know our sponsors are reviwed and members update what is going on and even seen mods step on an on issue a time or two so i likley am being overly concerned.
