Damn, I wish I would have had this information for my first cycle back in the day! I screwed my hormone levels up by no PCT or on cycle ancillaries. I see so many guys new to AAS wanting to jump on cycle without having all of the information to prevent bad side effects. Great information, great thread!

You may want to add HCG to your post as an option as well.
I personally always do. It's a necessity for me.

Well I can say I need to know more. I have looked and read and read and I don't know where to go and who to trust. Yes I am a newbie.
If I'm in the wrong place please point me in the right direction. FYI I am a 56 year man looking to feel like a new man and look like one too. Is there anything that really works? I have been ripped off enough.
Any advise will be great
Thanks

Afternoon,
Definite Newbi
I am 56 year old man with a mindset of a 25 year old, but I have an issue with energy. I do work out 2 or 3 times a week. I have been on other training programs in the past.
I am 6 foot 225lbs, but my BMI is like a 28. I'm not looking for short cuts because I know I will do the work. I have done a ton of research and there is allot of information here.
I have been trying to get some feedback, but maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. I don't seem to get any responces. I am looking to loose the xtra lbs and just build some good muscle tone.
I see you have been here for awhile, am help would be appreciated.
Thanks
