Im far from an expert but it sounds like as a starting point trt would help you out allot.
Absorbing all the info possible in regards to trt would be where u should start.
You should also get a full set of blood work done that shows everything.
After that if ur test lvls are low u know u need trt.
How long have you been training?
What does ur diet look like?
Do u track all micro and macro nutrients that enter ur body?
What's ur supplementation look like?

I really don't know where to get reliable Bloods.
I do agree that trt is a good way to go.
I did see Clutch7"s "Beginning Cycle post"
But I can't say I know where to get that gear.
It always has seems to be a scammer.
I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, but the routine is kind amateurish.\
You cardio 45 minutes, then either upper body lifting, next time always the same cardio
abbs....lower body.
Man thanks I'm glad to ask some questions to someone.

What’s your training history consist of?

I have used trainers in the past, but that was a while back. I guess I'm just the average guy going to the gym a few times a week.
I just want to jump up a bit so I can turn it up as i go.
I feel you brother!
I’ve trained on and off since about 2009. I’ve made slot of gains and lost some here and there. Been hitting the gym very consistently this year and have made more muscular gains than I ever have before although not as strong as I use to be.
I’m on the fence when it comes to starting my first cycle because I still want to squeeze every ounce of my potential naturally, but I’m sick of making just average gains and being just an average dude, while others seem to be huge with out having the same work ethic as I do.
I believe what oldskool mentioned earlier, get your levels checked and hopefully hop on some hormone replacement therapy. That will probably kick start you off real nice alone right there.
I’m no expert by any means but I think you’ll benefit greatly from hitting the gym hard, eating clean but like a beast. After that maybe look into some aas
Just my opinion brother.
