Not bad, only thing I go with is first cycle 250/300. My first was 250 and I gained kept 15lbs.. Is all about the training and diet. Then they can move up..

Yeah I definitely agree. I just recommend 500 because it's pretty typical and is about training and diet. Just most newer guys don't know how to eat correctly. Just what I've seen from coaching people
