Do not massage out...if you don't believe me do some research on this. You want the oil to stay within the depot and absorb at the esters absorption rate. Massaging will force it from the muscle possibly beneath the skin.

The body will absorb the compounds whether subcutaneous or intramuscular. I've personally had no issues massaging my injection sites for a couple of minutes after injecting. I've been injecting for TRT for years and cycles atop that in the past. Not only have I had no issues with the methods that I choose to use - I also have virtually no pain in the days following injection. I can inject in my quads and still run for miles without any issues or pain. I must be doing something right.

Don't know who told you this, but this is 100% completely false. If you don't believe me, read an injection 101 book. Shots are one of the first thing you learn about, right after pathophysiology.
The ONLY shot you don't massage out is an intradermal shot because you don't want the medication to disperse into the tissue. These are usually vaccine shots.
