One last shot !
Hey everyone,
was wondering if I could get some advice from all you experienced fellas!
I've been training for the past 5 years, I'm about 90kg at the moment and body fat is around 20%.
Ive done a couple cycles before and used the following in a variety of combinations: test, tren a, deca, var, t3, stana
I'm in the process of trying to get my body fat down now before cycling again and want some assistance.
Goal: Get shredded while holding onto as much muscle as possible followed by bulking and putting on at least 10kg of lean muscle
Cycle: 1-8: Test E 500mg p/w (while I finish cutting)
8-20: Test E 250mg p/w
8-20: Tren E 500mg p/w
8-20: Mast E 500mg p/w (still haven't decided if I'll be adding this)
I won't list ancillaries/PCT because I use the standard protocols and what's always worked for me in the past.
my biggest issue is my body is pretty saggy/flabby from being obese as a kid so I'm also looking to try and fill out and tighten up as much as possible.

I like it. I would also keep the mast and maybe use test prop as a kick start.

drop the mast for sure. keep in mind, when bulking, ur gonna put on some fat. why not just take the cutting approach again. run the test and tren, and let the diet do the work. thats the beauty of tren. keep calories and carbs low, and you will be good.

drop the mast. doubt you get into the 7% range by one cycle so mast will be a waste of $. I don't add mast in a cutting cycle until I'm 4 weeks out from stage depending on diet and what body fat % I'm at. Usually won't start it until im
max 8% bf.
Have a a good diet plan while going in. Yeah, the tren will help and get away with eating a few extra bad things but I think you need to eat proper before so you're accustomed to it.
