      Managing water weight

      Currently on 5th week of a test cycle. Taking 250mg twice weekly and noticing lots of water on myself. I know cyp itself causes some gain in that department, but just wondering how I might be able to lessen it. It's summertime in Phoenix AZ and I'd like to have a little more to show poolside if you know what I mean. Haha

      My diet contains low fat but I am putting away 1-2.5 cups of carbs per meal. Should I reduce the amount I am taking in or maybe cycle them? Any take on this would be appriciated

      Hey man,

      I would always recommend taking an AI when running a long ester, especially with Cyp. It will keep the water off you. Whats your bf %? The lower your body fat is, the easier it is to hold off water.

      Also, I would recommend carb cycling. If you're trying to gain, its really not needed as you gain some fat. If trying to lean out a bit, i would recommend doing a 2 low day carb followed by 1 high carb day. If trying to cut, increase the low days to 3 followed by 1 high carb. The high carb doesn't mean go crazy, it would be your recommended 2-2.5 cups carbs per meal to refuel your body. Then on you low days, only do 1-1.5 cups.

      I am taking aromasin I just got in from PSL. 10mg ED. My bf is low(around10-12%)thanks clutch, I'll have to try out cycling through the summer time to see how it keeps me leaner looking. Managing water weight

      The two compounds I like for keeping the water under control, other than an AI, is oral Winny and Mast. A lot of bros seem to get joint issues with Winny, but I've never had a problem with it. 50mg/day usually does the trick. If I have some social event coming up, and I'm a bit bloated in the face, I run it at 100mg/day for a few days prior, and that gets rid of the face bloat. Otherwise, Mast helps with water. 400mg/wk of Mast E to start would be good. I'm currently running it at 525mg/wk, and then only problem I have is that I'm up 3-4 times a night to pee.

      Make sure you are drinking a LOT of water - Like a gallon plus!!! And make sure the carbs you are eating are low glycemic. Since you've been running the test for 5 weeks and just started using the Aromasin it might take a little bit of time to lower your E2 and drop the water. You could try running 20mg ED for a few days and see if that helps.
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      Any suggestions for a source of mast? I don't want to deal with joint pain as I had shattered my knee a few years back. I am drinking almost 2 gallons a day of water due to the nature of my work, I am in the sun a lot so I need to stay hydrated. I eat long grain brown rice and jasmine rice, plus sweet pots and wheat pasta for carbs

      I keep hearing all these good reviews im anxious to get my package so i can see for myself.hopefully it gets here soon i know they have been backed up and have to restock its shipped now but waiting i think ima make up for lost time and pin the whole 10 @ once
