Hey guys, getting ready to run my first cycle but looking for advice.

Ive worked out for years, got divorced 6years ago and fell to shit. Blew up to almost 300lbs and decided time to get back in shape.

Ive been training and dieting for 2 years now and I'm down to a comfortable 210, went slow to rebuild muscle and tighten skin.

My workouts are a 6 day a week split followed by 30-40 mins cardio.
I eat 6-7 meals a day with little carbs and aim for 40grams protein each meal (turkey, chicken, tilapia) aim for 1800-2000 cals. I do a refeed day weekly where I add oatmeal, rice and potatoes with my reg meals.

I picked up the following:
400 20mcg tabs of clen
6 vials of 100mg 10ml prop
40 1mg tabs of adex
60 50mg tabs clomid
30 20mg tabs nolva
15000 ius of hcg

Should I just run the clen for awhile and try to cut down to 190? I'm 5'10" btw
Or
Run a cycle with clen and prop?

My goal is more defined body, not to worried about size but want to keep strength.

When I do cycle with the prop should I try to keep eating clean and add more carbs or keep doing what I'm doing. I react badly to carbs.
