What Can I expect from Var? I am bringing it into the mix of Test c EQ and Mast E. I have experience with all of these, but not Var.
My diet is on point (I'll outline it so people arent skeptical- I know how it is)
meal 1- 1 cup oats
12 egg whites
Meal 2
7 oz cooked chicken
6oz potato
Meal 3
7oz cooked chicken
6oz potato
Meal 4
6oz chicken
8oz greens
Meal 5
8 oz flank steak
8oz greens
Meal 6
48 grams whey
4 oz greens
I'm just curious what to expect from Var. I know people rave about it, but I also know it is a mild hormone. I am obviously not looking for anadrol like effects, especially as this is a recomp cycle, but still- is 100mg ed for 8 weeks (I know long) really going to add to this cycle? Provided everything else is top notch of course yada yada yada.

Shit man..when I was running 60mg
ED I was noticing a huge difference...with 100mg ED I would think it would be that much more pronounced.
Good luck if you do cardio on a treadmill - shin pumps are a son of a bitch...
^^ easy as, drink the eggwhites. don't even mix em.. they fluff up wen cooked.. majority of my protein source. cheaper than chicken, no cooking, no chewing. just drink and done. 2 mins from fridge to stomach. very time efficient....

You seriously drink the egg whites? Just crack em open and separate the yolk out?

Well after I go through the 2 dozen hard boiled eggs I've got in the fridge I'll try the drink thing.
