Was hoping to get some advice from the experienced bros on this forum.

Im week 4 into a 12 week test e cycle at 500mg per week. I'm in a pretty big calorie deficit at the moment as I'm trying to get as lean as possible.

After the 12 weeks, I'm going straight into 16 weeks of test e 250mg p/w and 500mg tren e p/w to add some size and get completely shredded.

not sure what my calories should be to achieve this? I know they'll have to be higher than present but just how high to ensure I keep leaning out but don't compromise my muscle gain.
