Hi all
Was hoping to get some advice from the experienced bros on this forum.
Im week 4 into a 12 week test e cycle at 500mg per week. I'm in a pretty big calorie deficit at the moment as I'm trying to get as lean as possible.
After the 12 weeks, I'm going straight into 16 weeks of test e 250mg p/w and 500mg tren e p/w to add some size and get completely shredded.
not sure what my calories should be to achieve this? I know they'll have to be higher than present but just how high to ensure I keep leaning out but don't compromise my muscle gain.

There is no way anyone can answer that question for you. Each person is different and each person's body responds differently. This is just MY personal opinion - you are being completely irresponsible in the way you are trying to accomplish your goals. Steroids are performance ENHANCERS and do not, and were never meant to do the hard work for you.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

If you dont mind me asking, dont you think its a little too long to be on gear? Are you doing a 12 week cycle and then starting a 16 week cycle without any interruption? Have you blasted and cruised in the past? Ive never done more than a 16 week cycle in my life so im unsure but I like giving my body the rest.

It all seems alittle bacwards to me brother..Normally a guy would want to add the mass 1st in the run with say test/nandrolone/orals & then add the tren/mast/orals to cut down the fat & get shredded..
Either way if your wanting to gain you have to eat over maintenance in that phase..Start with 250-500 cals & see what happens..You can always go up..
Also it does seem like a long run..Ive gone 20wks a few times on easy compounds and done labs throughout to make sure all was ok at that length..
You will have to experiment brother to see what works best for you & your goals..
