I'm a firm believer that you need to change up your routine very frequently while on cycle or not... I'll switch excercises and bodyparts every few weeks... I feel that my body gets used to doing the same excercises and I do not progress the way I like to. You may feel a little more sore while not "on", but I don't train any less... Good luck and make sure your doing PCT to recover correctly!

I train hard as hell off cycle. You have to be aware that your body wants to waste away some of that hard earned muscle, therefore you need to dig deep and bust your ass! Keep the calories up and go hard. If your telling yourself your going to get weaker and lose muscle off cycle then its exactly what will happen. So like wook said, perhaps change your routine and set some new goals on new exercises and work towards them
