      Thought on cycle

      I am currently 185lbs height 6'2" BF 5% in constantly bulking lol I'm trying to get to 220 solid as fuck here is the cycle I'm currently running thought and critiques accepted

      tren e 125mg M,W,F
      test c 200mg M,W,F
      mast p 75mg M,W,F
      Sdrol 20mg Ed split into 2
      arimidex .25 e3d

      10 days after last shot
      pct will be HCG 1000mcgs Ed for 10 days
      followed by clomid or nolvadex have both on hand

      any advice or changes that might help me that I haven't thought of would be awsome

      i think 3 times a week for the long esters is unnecessary bro. id stick to just monday and friday. good choice with test c though. if you have run tren before, id up the tren to 400. if not, id still up the tren haha. sounds like your a hard gainer, if thats the case dont waster your money on the mast bro. id forget about it completely. its a weak cutting compound in my opinion. s drol is good to go. ai is good to go. although i think exemestane is the better choice, being a suicide inhibitor. you can avoid the e2 rebound with exemestane. i like to run hcg during the cycle to keep ur boys alive. people dont understand hcg mimics the ur LH, if thats the case you dont want any mimicking going on while your actually trying to activiate them naturally again. for pct run your clomid 100/50/50/50 and ur nolva 40/40/20/20. check out the pct thread on hear. hope this helps.

      All gear aside what do you eat? 35 lbs ain't gonna happen on gear alone. I was in the same boat and pretty much spinning my wheels at the low 200's . Hell I did test tren , test deca , kicked with dbol , kicked with drol just to name some . I decided to seek diet help and boom changes started . Just to go from low 200's to 220 plus I consume 6k daily . O yea you won't be 5% haha.

      My meals are below its not that great diet and nutrition is my weakest point to be honest

      ••••Meal 1


      4 egg whites
      5 omega 3 eggs
      1 cup of oatmeal


      ••••meal 2


      40-50g of whey iso
      2 tbsp of peanut butter


      ••••meal 3


      8 oz chicken or turkey
      1 cup of rice
      2 oz of almonds
      green veggies


      ••••meal 4


      same as 1


      ••••meal 5


      same as 3


      ••••meal 6


      10 egg whites
      2 omega 3 eggs


      ••••post workout


      40-50g of whey iso
      2 tbsp of peanut butter

      Some guys like to do it on their own and are good at it but a good coach is worth his weight . It's like it gives me a weekly goal . I just want to make weight/numbers and don't want to let him down . I thought I was eating great also, egg whites after egg whites chicken chicken and more chicken . He basically threw what I was doing out the window .

      You're not eating close to enough calories and not the right kinds of foods either. Your diet is TOTALLY wrong for what you're trying to accomplish. Stop taking everything you're taking and learn how to eat properly for your goals first. Right now you are just wasting your money on steroids and putting your body through unnecessary stress. I'm honestly not trying to be a dick and I only want the best for you and you and to learn that gains are made in the kitchen and steroids will do literally NOTHING for you if the nutrition isn't there. 6ft 2 and 185lbs is tiny. You still have a long way to go naturly.
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      The calories are around 4K to 5k

      damn I thought it was decent lol well fuck me running lol back to the drawing board I go if anyone could pm me with some advice on the diet or a good site that would be awsome I'll look on here as well
