I would be looking at other health issues if you are getting those sides at those doses. Did you get pre cycle bloods and blood pressure check?
Whats you blood pressure now?

Tren is known to cause cardiovascular issues.

Thappy makes a solid point. BP is an indicator of an issue, its a symptom...getting it to go down isnt really the answer to a problem. Your BP goes up for a reason. Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspooon mixed in OJ/tomato juice, etc, will bring it down. But again, BP is highly misunderstood in this country full of bullshit medical practices, beliefs. High BP will NOT kill you, its there for a reason.
For instance, youtube "The TRUTH about Blood Pressure and Cholesterol"....watch. In fact, this whole country should watch!!

I give blood every 3 months (I get high BP from increased RBC's -while "ON").
I also keep 5-10mg of Benicar for when BP gets high on cycles.
+ remember - Testosterone is a 19-carbon steroid hormone made from cholesterol.
On average, a man's body produces about 7 mg of testosterone a day, but not all of that T floating in our bloodstream can be used by our bodies.

These are common tren sides. Everyone reacts differently to AAS. I'm on 350mg/wk, and my BP is up and I run out of breath easily. Its the price you pay for the gear of the gods. I'm dieting now, in the hot vegas heat, cardio morning/PWO. Its taxing as hell, but nothing compares to the results.

Every time I go on Tren I get the same thing for the first few weeks. I will usually rest more and usually wind up getting a cold. Once I am about 3-4 weeks in the BP comes down and the energy level comes back. I think it is the shock of the test/tren levels that makes me feel like shit in the beginning.
GH helps with sleep and Proviron helps with overall feeling of wellbeing. But usually it is rest and time on that dies the trick. Make sure to monitor the BP and watch for nosebleeds, ect.
