      Tren Lethargy/fatigue

Anyone figure out how to combat lethargy or fatigue on tren yet?

i will say hydration. staying hydrated, reducing the stress on the body, and i have to use a pre-workout. you'll probably struggle greatly with sleep depending on dose or length of time. that can be a real battle that the adrenal gland is not letting you rest well. some things you have to suffer through for the result. wherever you can unload stress on your system with diet, hydration, and sleep planning. you can say this about a lot of things but considering how hard tren is on the system you're never going to rest quite normally. you just have to prepare personal care more closely.

to me, tren - nothing is better than tren. i go into that knowing the downside of rest, sweating, tren cough, etc. half of the battle is just accepting certain drugs have an effect you just put up with.

a guy once told me to take a couple tablespoons of taurine everyday and i gotta say, it really helped. have no idea on the science behind it, but it worked for me. you can buy it by the kilo for dirt cheap on amazon.

I'm sluggish in the morning until I take some clen. Ephedrine would work as well. I stack it with caffeine, either black coffee or red bull. Also I take T3. Tren can lower T3(although I don't know if there is proof ), since it doesn't convert to estro, and is highly androgenic, it can be taxing. I tend to slow down in the afternoon, take another t3 dose, another cup of coffee, and up and going again. Now for winding down for bed, I can use *****(which I rarely do) or I take a stack of 6-8 valerian and 10mg melatonin. No matter how wired I am, within 30 min I'm out. Its important you go to bed after taking them though, keep it dark, allowing for falling asleep.

Someone might think this is extreme, but when your on tren you have to be to get the most out of it.

I've never known tren to make anyone lethargic without the root of the problem coming from insomnia, like others have said.

I agree. Tren pins me to the wall. Im only tired from not sleeping. But its like a wired tired...if that makes sense. During the day, I also use pharm cytomel and coffee. Night time is just a bitch though. I cant do Benzos...Im still screwed up the next day. I cant find anything that works for sleep.

Is tren the only thing your taking? lethargy on hormones is normal, once liver and kidneys start to get taxxed out, means body organs are getting stressed. more sleep, dropping orals, reducing dose at least temporarily, staying extremely well hydrated. every little while mid cycle, or more as needed i reduce doses for a couple weeks if needed, you dont really see any difference physically, shrug, and can really help out. but in the mean time, for me, eating, and getting off my ass and doing something, anything, if i feel lethargic. IF i get to the point i need to use Hypers, i feel like i am doing something wrong....it is possible to combat it without adding more drugs or compounds.

A lot of people swear by the SARM GW50 (technically a PPAR Agonist). It is so good at increasing energy that WADA has banned it. I would use that and also add Taurine.

like ghost said hydrate, great point by loose cannon Taurine is awesome (i love it for keeping cells hydrated - water/fluid in cells).

I also increase my protein intake a little when on tren (I take a protein shake B4 bed).

      - Taurine has many fundamental biological roles, such as conjugation of bile acids, antioxidation, osmoregulation, membrane stabilization, and modulation of calcium signaling. It is essential for cardiovascular function, and development and function of skeletal muscle, the retina, and the central nervous system.

      - Osmoregulation is the active regulation of the osmotic pressure of an organism's body fluids to maintain the homeostasis of the organism's water content; that is, it maintains the fluid balance and the concentration of electrolytes (salts in solution) to keep the fluids from becoming too diluted or too concentrated.
