As soon as my cupboard is empty of high mg/ml Test (Sus4Fifty for now), I will NEVER attempt to run one of these high mg/ml's again. I will take 2 pins a day versus pinning a spot with this stuff that is still sore as shit a week later.

My ass is hurting as I sit here since I've pin'd left and right glut on my last two pins!!!

So when planning or calculating quantities to take should you take into account the actual ester mg/100mg dose?

For example; Test cyp is 70mg per 100mg dose according to the above. So if I wanted to pin 100mg of Test cyp, I would adjust it to approx 1.43ml of juice?

Basically I'm asking; when talking about what to take and cycle and quantities are we talking the given mg/1ml on the vial or the actual ester adjusted amounts?

I think a lot of us just develop a tolerance for the pain after years of use.

Good read - only shot i don't like s supertest450 , burns like hellllll - id damn near do a 1/1 cut w/crisco before using it straight again hahahaha.

I just finished some prop that left me sore as hell. No shit I looked funny crawling in and out of my vehicle. I pinned both cheeks in one week swear shit was sore for a week.
