My ass is staring to feel it a little more now that I bumped the Sust to 975 and 600 EQ x2 per week for sure.. BTW i rotate Delts and Glutes. I have a high mg to ml and whatever.. It doesnt bother me much as I am use to it over soo many cycles before. No Pain No Gain and the benefits outweigh a tad bit of soreness. I love shot day
I think I have gotten used to the pain. I always go with the right or left deltoid. I will admit that sometimes I can't do shoulder workout for 2 to 3 days after darting the deltoid.This was a good fucking read though. Super informative!!!
TRAIN HARD
Some of my shots hurt, i noticed if i did not give the alchohol on my injection spot enought time to dry up, it would burn on the way in.
