My ass is staring to feel it a little more now that I bumped the Sust to 975 and 600 EQ x2 per week for sure.. BTW i rotate Delts and Glutes. I have a high mg to ml and whatever.. It doesnt bother me much as I am use to it over soo many cycles before. No Pain No Gain and the benefits outweigh a tad bit of soreness. I love shot day

SO when we say we are running 500mgs a week of test we reallly are not? Damn, that maes me happy, now i get it pin more cc's!!!!!!!

I also find a new spot hurts a bit more then a tried and true spot. maybe its just me..

What days you pin for twice a week?

Love this as most people either don't know or care. Also consider that the hormone, even though in oil, is still a solid and that it has a crystaline structure. When your muscle absorbs this crystaline substance it causes micro tears in said muscle. The shorter the ester the faster the hormone is absorbed and more immediate damage done to the muscle. Keep in mind that this is on a microscopic scale but also contributes to scar tissue from pinning.

I agree with TexasAQHA. Test and Tren and call it a day! I love some long ester. But then again nothing like that fast acting short ester!
