Why Some Steroid Shots Hurt?

Good read. Started super test last week and it’s been killing me. Ass hurts like bitch and my quad feels like I got with a hammer in it lol

Hi Brothers,
Im brand new to steriods had my first injection last night (by myself never did it before) I watched heaps of youtube (clean, clean clean) my issue is my hammy hurts,
I used vita test E 250mg/ml (.4ml)
and
Vita Mast E 200 mg/ml (.8 ml)
also take 30mg ****** Anavar everyday.

Should I still train if it hurts, its not unbearable but like a big bruise pain.

Is it red, swollen, warm to the touch? I wouldn’t let it stop you from training but watch for those symptoms and a fever. That could mean infection but it’s probably just pip fro a virgin muscle

There could be several reasons why it hurt. What muscle did you pin? What size pin? I had the same questions initially and there isn’t any pin the first time that’ll be pip free and almost feel like a bruise. It’s just not how muscles work you know? You will get used to it. Wait until you pin the VG wrong...that shit sucks. Two biggest pieces of advice that helped me when I first stared pinning.

1. Heat the oil. I use a coffee maker heating pad and set the vial on there for 3, 5 minute intervals then draws and pin.

2. Slin pins will change your life. I backload and some say it’s a pain. I haven’t noticed any issues with my bloods or test levels, how I feel or any of that and it’s ALMOST painless.
