I recently did a body composition test and it showed me at 4% bf but very hyper hydrated. I know the cycle I am running right now comes with water retention so I cut almost all sodium from my diet but still not as cut up as I'd like to be. Could this be due to the cyp/EQ I am running? Any advice on how I might be able to shed some of this water or options on how to show a little better for my abs?
