I would like to ask the populace here about "How did steroids change your life'?

I'm curious about the good and the bad...

Did you transform to a better version of who you are, did you change completely,or did it change you for the worst?

For better, for worse all together I suppose. I came to a point in my life were I was struggling mentally/emotionally. I had become a shell of my former self. My body was beginning to fail me from years of physical abuse as well. Alcohol became my escape from reality & my pain management...someone made a comment to me one day a few years ago & it opened my eyes, I looked in the mirror with disgust & vowed to make a change...the juice saved me from myself. I was on a path of self destruction. I put down the bottle & picked up a pin. Cleaned up my diet, got back to training the only way I know how, & made a lifestyle change to be honest. So in that regard steroids certainly changed me for the better...but the last time I took a break that bottle of whiskey kept finding her way back into my hand. I haven't figured a way to maintain my focus without the gear. That just tells me I traded one dependency for another & haven't conquered the demons which haunt me. In that regard the gear has done me no justice...

I started pretty late in life with AAS. At 34 I took the plunge. How it changed me life?........I'd say it completely changed the kind of women in was attracted to. I used to not have a "type". Now I prefer smaller women with a nice ass. And that was actually pretty weird to me because growing up I was never into anything in particular about women. Just thought they were attractive. But I was never the type of guy that would just stare at a girls ass and salivate. Which gives segway to the other change. I'm still a sensitive type. Which I think was part of why I didn't look at women that way. But that personality to some degree held me back. Taking AAS, I feel, balanced me out. It gave me perspective in who I am naturally. While being hormonally charged gave perspective on how guys typically think. Same goes for just general societal interactions. I was more assertive. More confident. The only thing I'd say on the negative is the kind of women you attract the moment you look a certain way. That also was a bit confusing at 1st. I thought it was my confidence and personality that was garnering more attention. When reality was that I just had muscles now. And as anti-feminist as it may sound. Women flock to it. Women stop you to talk. Married women with children walking with their families would stare. Women become shy around you. Etc. Etc. And 1st the novelty of it was fun. But after a while you do start getting annoyed when you're actually looking to settle down. It becomes like having a lot of money. You have to try and make sure the women isn't just attracted to you. Point is that looking fit or muscular tends to attract the shallow type of woman. But as far as most things. I'd say it balanced me out. Gave me new perspective on life. Gave me confidence. And I like the way I look. I think AAS should be used by more people.

Used to be 320 pounds at least 20 to 30% body fat when on a ketosis diet started weight training got down 200. Read a ton of info. Then about 15 years ago went to Tijuana got my first cycle testosterone and dbol's. Got incredible games then I was hooked. Really just enhanced my whole outlook positive thoughts feeling better. Now I'm almost 50 years old and still going at it

For the better mostly, seeing progress that you'd never see naturally is a great thing. The only downside is it's a financial burden, and knowing TRT will come sooner than most normal men.

Started AAS wayyyy too young. 17 years old. Stayed on for 8 months straight and loved every minute, however, when I came off, my world came crashing down or so I thought. Low T for a year straight, multiple urology visits, and was finally put on TRT at 19 after failed clomid, hcg, hmg attempts to restart HPTA. Highest it ever got was in the 300s. Been blasting and cruising ever since and loving every minute. I am driven, motivated, successful in my career, family life, personal goals, and way more level headed than I ever was before AAS. Even with the rocky start to AAS usage, I would not change a thing. I love everything about it. I honestly do not think I would be near as successful in my career if it were not for AAS. It has given me an edge in life far Beyond just being in great shape.
