During the winter while bulking I wasthe heaviest I got was 163lbs. Ive been training for 7 years now and I bust my ass in the gym. I train a minimum of 4 -5 days a week. And after years of contemplating I'm just ready to finally do my first cycle. I just wanna do it the smart and correct way.
As the great Bulk_Cut would say, "I swear I'm not trying to be a dick by saying this..."

What's your diet like? You've been training for seven years and only hit 163 pounds?

Yeah unfortunately. When I started I was 120lbs soaking wet. I eat all day mostly chicken tuna brown rice and sweet potatoes. And usually 2 double scoops of serious mass with 1250 cal. 50g protein 252carbs in each shake. I'm a hard gainer. Every now and then my diet might go south for a week at best but then I get right back on top of it.

Well first things first bro stop worrying about eating so clean all the time and worry about getting calories in u. I was in the same boat you're in back in 2006 I was 140 pounds 45 pounds soaking wet. And I tried starting eating clean chicken rice sweet potatoes all that shit and could only get to around a hundred and sixty pounds. Then I finally met a guy the veteran and bodybuilding and you told me stop worrying so much about eating clean yes you want to eat clean a few times a day but you're not going to get a lot of calories out of even like that. Eat whatever you have to eat I don't care if it's Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches and french fries. Then eat things that have a lot of good fat in them a lot of peanut butter I'll probably eat 68 scoops of peanut butter a day right off the spoon like it's a pill with a shot of water. Then Tony Freeman told me that I don't know if you know who he is but a veteran bodybuilder. Start using olive oil on all your meals and even drink it out of the fucking bottle if you have to it has good fat in it. The reason for that is it sounds like you have a fast metabolism like me and that will help to slow it down or should I say slow down in the digestive process. Another thing is overtraining that is probably the most common thing I come across when I see guys trying to gain weight me personally I had to cut it back to 4 days a week 50 - 60 minutes each gym session. Get in and get out lift heavy. A reason to be in the gym for an hour and a half to two hours.. and I'm not trying to be a dick when I'm saying all this I'm trying to give you advice brother you can ask me any question and I will give you my honest advice I'm not saying it's the best advice but it has worked for me I was 145 pounds in 2006 or 7 and now I'm about to 10 and my body fat is probably 89% I can see all my abd perfectly..

Good job on the gains you've made, I'm sure you look and feel much much better.

That said, I've lived the hard gainer life. We should be called "dainty eaters" in reality. I was a "hard gainer" until I learned how to eat. That made all the difference in the world. Natty or not.

Do you not have a daily goal for your macros? I'm tellin ya now, with what you posted you're gonna need a lot more food. Especially real foods like chicken breast. Try to limit protein shakes and whatnot to what they are-a supplement to a real diet.

Here's a good example for ya-I'm currently running a mild dose of Tren at 400mg/wk, and it killed my appetite for awhile. I feel like I wasted three weeks of my cycle cause I just wasn't eating enough. Didn't notice any growth at all despite all the gear I was on (600 test, 400 Tren, 600 EQ. But the EQ hadn't kicked in yet) and still working out with the same intensity as before. But then the EQ kicked in and I'm back to making gains. I'll literally have 150 gram of protein by the time I'm done with breakfast. Gotta eat, and eat right if you're gonna succeed with the gears.

Really appreciate your honesty to our questions. We want you to succeed and make all the gains, and answering honestly really helps accomplish that.

Yeah man I appreciate all the tips and advice I can get. I pretty much had a diet just like that last year but I just started getting a lot of belly fat. It's like that's the only place I can get fat. so I started throwing a little cardio in every now and then to shed the fat. But I use the olive oil for anything that requires oil. Even my scrambled eggs.

Theres a lot of misinformation around but this thread has given you a great place to start off.
      1. You really dont want to run multiple compounds in a first cycle. You need to find out how your body reacts to each compound individually first and this should obviously start with test only (350-500mg/wk)
      2. You should make sure and have an aromatase inhibitor on hand before starting anything. You dont want to find out youre gyno prone without anything on hand to combat it. Its so nuch harder to play catch up than to just take precautions prior. Aromasin would be your best bet at 12.5mg every three days or every other day.
      3. Also make sure you have your pct on hand prior to starting. God forbid something happens and you need to drop the cycle you wanna get the recovery started ASAP!
      4. I feel like this isnt stressed enough to first time AAS users... go to gpzservices.com and get 100 syringes with needles and 100 replacement tips (you wont NEED this many but its the best deal) for like $35. Use a clean syringe and tip to draw out your oil (22g) and then switch the tip to a brand new one to pin with (22-25g). The draw tip dulls when plunged through the rubber stopper and can make novice injections much more painful than need be.
      4. Eat like a house man. Eat everything you can. Train as hard as you can as often as you can. A lot of people see small results and then feel like they can ease off the gas when on cycle. This is the time you flood the throttle and go hard nonstop. Your first cycle will probably be the most productive in terms of muscle building, but that is wholly dictated by your training, diet, and rest you are getting to actually allow growth to take place.

I hope this helps brother and if I can help in any other way dont hesitate to hit me up
