      Need help with cycle please Member athletes

      I've been researching for weeks non stop and I feel more confused than before. Could somebody break down a full cycle and pct from start to finish on a trenE and test prop 6 week cycle. Ive read so much conflicting information and it's just fustrating. I was thinking trenE 200mg ED and test prop 100mg ED or something around that. I thought i had everything figured out and ready to make my order but the more i read I've seen so many different things about the pct for tren. And I want to have everything I'll need on and off cycle in my possession before I even start. Darius told me one of the member athletes could help. Thanks

      Sounds like you have been doing research at the wrong places bro. I would run it longer than 6 weeks and PCT is Nolva\Clomid as with everything.

      This will be my first. The most credible I've been reading evelutionary.org. I saw on the Pharmacom site they recommend tren on first cycle for short cycle rather than 12-14 week cycles. I know a lot of ppl say not to do that but everybody has their own opinion on that. I just need a breakdown from start to finish cycle and pct with dosings

      That's the problem you been reading evo. Now forget everything you read over there.

      Keep your first cycle simple bro. Test E\C 500mg for 12 weeks followed by PCT.

      Ok. Read the article here about esters. Already you're running opposing esters. Test prop would be a short ester. And Tren E a long. Really should be the other way around. You wouldn't run Tren E ED. You'd run Tren E twice a week. And run Test Prop EOD. But really there's as much info missing on your end as you are confused. Is this 1st Cycle? Why are you considering Tren/Test stack? What's your goals? How's your diet. You eat fast food ED? Etc. I'm not an expert by any means. But if you understand what you're taking. Then you'll understand what you need to get to where you wanna be.

      My Cycle

      Sustanon 250mg wk 1-4 EOD
      Test Cyp 250mg wk 4-24 750mg
      Nandrolone 300mg wk 4-16 600mg

      Nandrolone 300mg wk 16-24 300mg
      Tren Ace 100mg wk 16-24

      PCT is just dropping all AAS except Test Cyp. For I cruise. Never off due to being naturally low.

      This right here bro. Make sure you get bloods before starting anything. You already have a good plan acquiring everything before you start.

      You'll also want to get bloods during your cycle too. Six weeks in wouldn't be a bad time to do this. These bloods will help you dial in your AI dose for the amount of test you're running. (Do what Pain said-500mg test E or C a week) I would say hold off on the Tren. You're already introducing an exogenous hormone to the body you've never had before so you'll need to figure out how you respond to it. If you throw Tren in, at the very least it's going to throw off the estrogen results on your labs so you'll have no idea what your real estrogen levels are. If you absolutely must run a second compound get some Proviron. That shit is the bomb.

      Like has already been mentioned, if you're diet isn't dialed in steroids aren't going to help. I have a buddy that has run three cycles. His second and third one included Tren. Hate to say it, but if you saw him out and about you'd have no idea he even goes to the gym, much less uses gear. (I've given him a few vials of shit so he's at least run some legit gear) He admits that his diet is shit, and always has an excuse as to why he can't improve it. I'm not saying you're not locked in on diet, I'm just saying if you're not then save your money until you are.

      How much do you weigh? how tall are you?how much body fat do you have and what are your goals as far as why do you want to run a cycle?
      If you can tell me all this I can better assist you or should I say give you better advice. however everything the last two guys have said is completely true all you need is test e or c at the most 500 mg a week, and you definitely want to do it longer than six weeks at least 10 if you want you can do 12.

      OK thanks guys this definitely made things a lot easier.Bigmills My diet is and has been good. I'm 32 5'8 150lbs about 10-12% body fat at the moment due to a cutting diet. During the winter while bulking I wasthe heaviest I got was 163lbs. Ive been training for 7 years now and I bust my ass in the gym. I train a minimum of 4 -5 days a week. And after years of contemplating I'm just ready to finally do my first cycle. I just wanna do it the smart and correct way.
