Ill tell you right off the bat... when dudes gain 25-40 pounds in a cycle it is most definitely not solely muscle or lean body mass they are putting on. But best advice I can give is not to look at anyone elses results. The answer lies in your own work. You can always put on more size in a cycle. ALWAYS.... you just have to eat more, train more, sleep more. If youre not happy with results.... the meals, training and rest should be adjusted. With this trinity is the synergy of muscle building and conditioning. How many calories did you eat on your last blast? How long do you train each dsy? Whats your split? How much sleep do you get??
