      Recomp cycle?

      Just a quick question for anyone who might know, i've been on TRT dose of 200mg/week for
      about 2 years now, 34years old, 1 1/2 years serious consecutive training. I have managed to aquire 10 xtra 1ml vials which i used to run my first and only 'blast' cycle. My question is, u always hear 500mg is the 'starter' dose. On the 400/week i only seemed to recomp(went from 170~176 in 10 weeks but look leaner, i'm 5'8" btw)Is 400 maybe not quite enough for me or should i have just shoved more food down due to increase metabolism? It may not matter but my test lvs on 200/week were 630s estro was 11. Thanks in advanced for any answers i may get, gonna plan my next blast and just trying to see the route i should take, any advice is greatly appreciated.

      Imo bro the whole 500 test minimum is bro science you can make awesome gain at 350-400 if your diet allows it meaning if yiu eat to grow and the right foods. I count macros it's the real only way to be sure you are hitting your protein carbs and fats and you can easily adjust if your not hitting your goals.

      If you ran test as afirst why not keep dose the same and add eq to the mix it's is great addition on a 2nd cycle and you are looking to recomp and eq shines in that arena. I always do good with eq at 600 but dosing is totally up to u

      The reason people say 500mg/week is not just random bro science - there is reason behind it! For MOST people It's the maximum amount of testosterone/week that will give the average person the most amount of gains with the least amount of side affects.

      If you're looking to do a recomp cycle - which is SLOWLY lowering your body fat without loosing any lean muscle mass then you don't need any other compounds and 400mg/week of testosterone will plenty because you're just using the testosterone to keep your body in an anabolic state to help preserve muscle loss. Body recomps generally take a pretty long time to do and IMHO it would be more realistic to expect to do it over 20 weeks not 10!!
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      Totally agree with this. I have a BUNCH of cycles under my belt and still make great gains with 350-400. Just as you mentioned... youve GOT TO EAT!!!! which is really something everyone should have mastered prior to even gearing up. But OP... I would look at your diet. Its almost always the culprit unless you got fake gear.

      My 1st blast was 500mg per week. I think there are too many variables here. 1st not everyone responds to 500mg of Test the same. What ester of Test are you running? That can determine the way it affects you. I've had friends who's natural body type is sort of frumpy and non athletic. So at 500mg per week they're working out, eating right and horny as hell. But after 12 weeks or so the difference is not undoubtedly noticeable. But in my case I was simply skinny. Not fat. Had the scaffolding, if you will, to simply build mass. IMHO I think there's much to be discussed as to the effectiveness of 500mg of Test per week. I also think that for a real difference that is noticeable you have to at some point stack the test with something that really boosts the overall results. Test and EQ. Or Test and Tren. Now if you're naturally athletic, have a great diet and are training hard it is possible to get that recomp. But doses 400 or 500? It's all relative. And I believe it will take a lot longer if you only take Test. Given the aforementioned factors are good.

      long story short, i aquired an xtra 10ml of my pharmacy grade test cyp through an insurance mistake and decided to use it up as a blast between bloodwork checks. I am a man who does a SHIT ton of research before i do anything but in this case
      i grabbed the bare essentials and rushed in(due to how trt was making me feel so much better i guess). I have spent most of my life on the bigger side, i was 230~250(25%ish bf) in my 20s. I went through some mental shit and got down to about 135lbs(fuckin 2% bf lol)...slowly
      buildt back up to 170s(10~12ish%)... Got on the trt, feeling better mentally, physically ect ect... Tried my one blast... Like 5lb gain and was like "wtf! All these dudes gain 20+ fuckin lbs!".... Looked through internet at diff forums for months.... Came across BoP and here i is...wanting to do my next blast the right way... Been active in BoP for a month now researching... Figured i'd look for advices before trying again lol... Thanks again brothers for the solid advices!!

      Ok. So things like aromatization can come into play. Taking more Test can trigger more aromatase. So ya might an A.I. I personally never use it. But again everyone is different. You say between blood checks? Are you going to a TRT clinic? I assure they will see the higher test levels. Honestly those guys you speak of may be natural freaks. But most are probably stacking. But again my 1st blast Cycle I did 500mg of Test Cyp. I went from 155 to 170 in 3 months. But then I took a break. Started another blast Cycle and it took adding Tren and a longer Cycle to get to 190. And now on my 3rd blast in 4 years. I'm at 750mg of Test and 600 of Nandrolone Deca. And I went from 185 to 200 in 2 months. And I'm still gaining. So it all depends. Ultimately you need 3 months. Blast 500mg of Test. Eat right. And train fuckin hard. The test should give you amazing recovery. I've literally gone to the gym twice in a day. And rest. Take sleep aids if you have to. But again. Most of these guys are stacking. Things like Nandrolone, Tren, EQ etc really bring out the AAS.

      Ill tell you right off the bat... when dudes gain 25-40 pounds in a cycle it is most definitely not solely muscle or lean body mass they are putting on. But best advice I can give is not to look at anyone elses results. The answer lies in your own work. You can always put on more size in a cycle. ALWAYS.... you just have to eat more, train more, sleep more. If youre not happy with results.... the meals, training and rest should be adjusted. With this trinity is the synergy of muscle building and conditioning. How many calories did you eat on your last blast? How long do you train each dsy? Whats your split? How much sleep do you get??
