First shot of test e and I can barely sit down. Is it normal to be this sore??

Yes this is first cycle ever. I'm not sure about the content it's from pharmacom labs. I used a 23g 1" needle. I didnt change pins after drawing I pinned in top of glute, test was the only thing I used it's not red at all I see no bruise or irritation . I did massage the area but did not use heat.

Ok. Well 1st thing is you change the pin. Use a new one and before pinning make sure to push the plunger with needle facing up to get all the air out. Then pinning you do slowly. Keep needle steady. And take 60-90 seconds to push product in. Are you swabbing the area with alcohol swb pre pin?

OK I'll try that next time. I followed the instruction on the "everything you need to know about injecting thread" I pre swabbed the vile and the pin site.

I mean.......Yeah you're gonna swab the vile and the pin site. But again there are more than just a few factors here. I always have PIP when using glutes and quads. Everywhere else isn't too bad. But in general no matter what the carrier oil, ba content etc I always get some PIP. I've tried several techniques etc.
