      Also you won't get 10 x 1ml injections out of a 10ml vial. More like 8-9. Some of the test gets lost in the pins and some you can't take out of the vial. So if you plan to run for 10-12 weeks, at 500mg you'll need an extra vial

      Im gonna disagree with you running anything thats not doctor prescribed at this point. At 5'10 188 and 20-25% bf youve got a lot of room to make progress naturally. If in fact you have low t then go to a doctor and get it rectified. Just my opinion. Youll do what you want but id say at least try to drop some bodyfat before cycling. Not trying to be a dick or anything. Youll just be better set up to make lasting progress at a lower bodyfat

      I'm having a difficult time understanding how your diet is spot on with a body fat in the low 20's. What are your intake numbers like? As others have said, based on your stats you have a lot of natural potential left. In my opinion, you should cut to high single digit or low double digit BF levels before considering a cycle. Also, your numbers don't seem accurate for someone that's been "training hard with a spot on diet" for at least four years.

      You said you have low t, what were your numbers? Something to consider is that while I actually had symptoms of low t for a couple years (first doctor danced around the topic and told me my labs were fine) I didn't confirm that I had low t until I was 30. Despite this, I was still bigger and stronger than some guys I knew that who had ran cycles. (They were very open about it for some reason. And obviously I'm much bigger and stronger now than I was before I started, and I still have a long way to go.) I know there are at least a few guys on the board that are in the same boat. What I'm getting at is that if your diet isn't truly locked in, you'll be very disappointed in the results.

      So whether you listen to the advice myself and others provide, that's up to you. That being the case like others have said, run at least 500mg/week of test E or C. I would be willing to bet the only thing that would be noticed at 500 is feeling pretty fucking great. There won't be any mental issues. Aromasin is preferred over arimidex, it's worth the extra cash. I'd start at 12.5mg EOD, get bloods a month in, and adjust as needed.

      You are not ready for aas you have alot to learn about your body and how to properly train. I advise ppl to get to atleast under 15% before touching aas and I really like it when guys are from 10 to 12% when cycling.

      i was gonna say man 22% body fat doesnt seem like a right place to start from all that ive read, ur probably going to do it anyways i just wanted to say that u would benefit much more from it if u cut that down to at least like 14%. i am starting my cycle in a week or 2 and im 10%, honestly man i feel like ud benefit from running a couple of sarm cycles. i know its not anywhere near as strong as AAS but man my first ostarine cycle i put on a solid 7lbs of lean muscle in 4 weeks! thats pretty promising if ya ask me!

      I wouldn't been adjusting the tren mgs within the week either.. just keep it at the 1 stable level or ur hormone levels r going to be up and down..
      Fuk running such a low dose of rest aswell I'm with torcha

      Do not cycle bro trust me yiu will regret this DECISION get things in lines first such as diet training bring bf down. Compounds are bad for first cycle whole things is flawed and not planned out

      I know , if u have low test it is very very hard to lose weight. .. Trust me I was just diagnosed with low test. Going to be on TRT next week. Extra fat means extra estrogen. Start low 200- 300 a week with cypionate With AI. Hcg for the boys. Then get to the gym and add cardio... after 3 months check blood.
