I remeber the first day after I pinned and woke up , looked in the mirror and was disappointed I didn't look bigger lmao.

Haha good shyt it took me forever to pin my first time. I remember getting the needle close then I'd bitch out put the cap on n lay down get up again in a hour prep again and fail finally I did it and it didn't hurt at all I was shaking like crazy thou probably tearing my muscle up going in and out as I shook lol. Now all is good pain from Virgin muscle went away and it was good 2 go

hahaha yeah man theres so much more info on this stuff and forums and shit now a days. if it were back in the day i probably wouldnt be as prepared as i am now thankfully lol. part of me kind of wishes i went with the propionate, ik id be much more sore everyday but at the same time i would have ran an 8 week cycle instead of 12. and seen results by week 2. its all good tho im happy and am ready for the gains. will post pics after its done of the before and after. im a skinny dude so im thinking test e 400mg a week for 12 weeks and running eq with it probably. wonder what the difference between tbol and dbol is. my liver isnt the best so i might go with eq instead of an oral for my second run

Ill tell ypu bro... I went with prop my first cycle under the advice of a very uninformed friend. I got debilitating pip and literally couldnt even train legs. Much better sticking with a single long ester. Good move. I too was just like you... in the sense that I was planning my second cycle shortly after starting my first. My advice in that respect is to just focus all your energy on this cycle and milk every ounce you can out of it. Youll find some of your most rapid growth to be in this first run... despite its simplicity. Good luck bro. Ill be following along for sure

haha yeah man its weird i started thinking about a second cycle lol. but i do get what u mean man i will by far put my all into this. have been taking eating and sleeping very seriously as well. ik how important those 2 factors are. and training hard is obv a must. thanks for the inspiration man. ill put up some before and afters once my cycle is done

bro its actually 250 a ml, and u think switchin to a 1inch is better? i figured 5/8ths was long enough but i understand most use 1-1.5, if it doesnt reach the muscle will my gear be wasted? also quick question. so like i been using delts for an injection site and deff want a couple more spots to pin when they get sore. i dont really wanna do my glutes since im kind of skinny and the upper outter quadrant doesnt seem that muscular. and no way im doing quads lol. so what do u think i should do? chest? maybe bi's or tris? thanks guys
