I think your 600 EOD is about spot on… but I have been a firm believer in Micro dosing…so possibly switching that to ED in the PM 300 (I here this way you can sleep off most of the sides??)….

Just spit balling.. I know a vendor here has them in 250 Caps… I am going to pick some of them up and give this a shot for 7-10 days…
I haven't done DNP in YEARS (we're talking 15+). Back when I did it, Low carb was considered a "no-no" (according to the guy I was getting my advice from). I remember FEELING the heat come on with carbs, but would feel like TOTAL shit if my BS bottomed out....like to the point of nausea. I can remember a couple times feeling like I was going to yack, drinking a Coke, which abated the nausea, but then I'd get hot as BALLS. The timing of my cycle was dumb...I was actually working a job where I had to do physical work. My Dad knew something was up.

IIRC, it made me absolutely ravenous. IDK what I'm going to do to keep hunger at bay, considering then I had access to EC, which I don't, anymore. You can't even get it in my state. So....

One of the biggest things for me is to stay out of the damn house. Days I work (more sedentary job, now), I don't eat much. I practice IF, and eat what I take to work, and then one meal when I get home, then crash out.

Anybody that's run it have any feedback on this protocol? DNP guide
Talks about a 3-day carb depletion followed by a 1-day "T3 normalization Phase" Where you essentially have a mega-carb meal (250g). Then, on day 5, you begin DNP dosing. At the end, they have a protocol for replenishing glycogen over 2 days. I just found it interesting.
