My goals currently include getting to 240 at 10% BF. I think this is a very realistic goal. focusing on building my quads and triceps.
Deadlift 550x8
squat 415x8
bench 315x8
Rows 315x5
This would be my second cycle or blast. First cycle 500mg/wk Test C was incredibly successful. However around week 7 when i opened up the second vile I started to notice my second vile was either bad quality or underdosed so i cut the cycle short there and went back to TRT dose for 12 weeks. Those 7 weeks were so successful that i'm still 15lbs heavier than before that cycle. I have only ever used Test C.
This is my routine my primary goal is overall quality mass but particularly quads and triceps
-Chest/Back
-Quads/Triceps
-OFF (if needed)
-Delts/Biceps
-Hams/quads
-OFF (always Rest day)
Repeat
My diet is basically
3x/day 70g whey, 1 cup oats, 1 banana
3x/day 6-8oz meat/1.5 cup rice
i toss veggies into my shake 1-2 cups 1-2x/day
