Blast periods usually tend to be running anything test wise higher than your cruise and possibly throwing in other anabolic compounds/orals, the only real difference is instead of coming down for pct you simply cut out all compounds except the test and drop that to a (cruising) dose for maintenance. Your blast should be pretty much whatever dose you feel beneficial for your goals that is above your normal intake. With test more is not always better , if your no longer responding the way you want to at a certain dose then consider upping it enough to see results instead of doubling with hopes of double gains. Usially that only leads to slightly more if any gains at all but with double sides....just my opinion based on personal experience
