      Short cruise, or come off?

      Hi guys...posted a question about this the other day, but it was buried in another post...still thinking about it.

      I'm at the tail end of a cycle (250 sust, 150 npp, e3d for 12 weeks). The stars are aligning on my calendar for me to be able to do a big bulk cycle starting in january. What do you think of these options?

      1. Delay the January cycle so I can do a normal amount of time off between cycles. (This would mean less of a bulking cycle though, if i have to push it to spring instead of january)
      2. Come off at the end of October as scheduled, PCT as usual, then jump right back on in January.
      3. Transition at the end of October into a cruise mode for November and December, then start up in January.

      Which of those options do you think is best? (By the way, I'm 43, and don't want to be on a blast-and-cruise protocol forever....just thinking about it this one time because the timing makes sense)

      Well if youre against the idea of permanent trt then if always suggest a pct. The best advice would be to come off for 12 weeks or more. I dont think that runnjng a cruise would necessarily leave you permanently damaged, but it may. You never know. It for sure will make recovery after your bulk more difficult so its probably best ti just come off and pct...

      As we get older it makes recovery harder. Come off, do a propper PCT and wait to do your next cycle.
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      I always hear time off = time on plus PCT....so this will be a 12 week cycle, + 3 weeks before starting PCT since I"m using sustanon, then 4 weeks of PCT. So that's 19 weeks off, which would put my next cycle start around March. I run obstacle races, and don't want to bulk during race season...and my first long race would be in march.

      Just thinking out loud....(and whining a little bit)

      Yes time on plus pct equals time off as s standard rule. Your body needs time to recover from the cycle

      I'd say depends on what your natty numbers were in beginning if they were decent then maybe come off as others suggested and do full recovery before next cycle

      But in my case my natty numbers were piss poor low! So I see NO point in going through all the pct Process JUST to hope to get back my low shit number I had lol

      so I've made up my mind I'll blast n cruise..
