I appreciate you bros following along with me. Going to post an update this evening.
Hey bros..so today I decided to go a little unorthodoxed with my workout.
But, I want to say that I've been runnng 50 mg of Trest A (Toraxx Pharma) ed for the last 3 days and have seen another big increase in strength. Recover has improved as well to where I'm going to keep working out until I feel I need a break. So I might mix it up a bit and do say, 4 day on 1 off, deal...or whatever. I'm big on paying attention to my body versus a set plan.
Today was leg day. But I decided I need to step up my core mass building moves like deadlifts, etc..so what to do!?!? Combine them! Here's the workout;
started with shoulder shrugs. 1x20x135, 1x15x185, 1x15x235, 1x12x285, 1x10x305. These were done in strict form.
then I moved to the deadlift trap bar. Kinda went lite on these, been neglecting them. 3x15x205
moved into the leg presses. 1x25x135,
1x20x205, 1x15x315, 1x15x405, 1x15x585.
onto the machine squats, love this particular machine because it really isolates the quads.
3x12x290
went to the farmers walk with dumbbells. About 100ft. 180lbs, then 200lbs
onto leg extension. 1x15x260, 1x15x270, 1x15x290. Wheels are blowin up..... Fuckin awesome shit bros!!!
Moved to the seated hamstrings, another monster Isolation machine.
3x12x90
Then I finished off with 3 sets of calf raises.
As for diet...well, it's all over the menu! Lol. And rightly so...which brings me to another interesting point.
my weight is back down to 215 lbs , it's not for lack of calories, or rest. I'm honestly starting to think that the trest is doing a recomp on the remaining fat. I am definitely bigger, there's no doubt. I'm definitely getting massive amounts of strength, but the scale has stopped moving...interesting.
Ok bros, off to bed. Thanks for the interest.

Catching up, yesterday was cardio with 15 minute sessions on the elliptical, treadmill (inclined), and stationary bike.
Total of 45 minutes of moderate cardio with (according to the machines) 300 calls burned.
Today I was feeling like total shit (I think it's the a-bombs) and just chilled at the house all day. I'm considering adjusting my cycle a little bit. I know the problem, just not sure how I'm going to address it yet, (Opinions always welcomed).
Tomorrow's chest day so looking to get some big iron moved around!! Will update tomorrow afternoon.
Hey bros, been lazy about posting recently. Tired is more the reality. Been busting ass in the gym so really feeling the stress of things. Plus, the back pumps are getting to be more frequent and intense, but manning up and dealing with them. To start off, I stopped the Anadrol but keeping everything else the same, and continuing the 50 mg of Trestalone acetate ed.
Weight is back up to 220 lbs consistently now, and climbing.
3 days ago I worked arms and actually felt my bicep peaks muscle fibers rip (as in expand). If you have experienced this you'll know what I mean. New growth!! I mixed up a certain routine a little and found some gains.
Yesterday was old school leg workout, and loving the tightness. 4 sets of ass in the grass squats, followed by 4 sets of leg presses, then leg extensions, hammy curls and finished with 8 sets of calves, donkey raises, standing raises and seated raises to failure.
Today was chest day. I was stoked to get this workout in. Went with a routine that Mike O'Hearn does and brothers it does not disappoint.
Warmup...always, then incline bench press, 3 sets of 10 at 225.
Then Hammerstrength incline 3 sets of 10 at 225
Moved to standing incline dumbbell flys 3 sets of 45
Moved back to the smith machine for more incline bench presses..I felt like I hadn't worked hard enough.
3 sets of 10at 150...really went deep at the bottom here and exploded up.
Finished this workout routine with dumbbell pullovers, 3 sets of 10 at 75
And that's it. If you guys want to try this routine here's the link to it; https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2Z9JYxTx0PE
