how to finish my 20 week cycle. Tren A or anavar?
I'm 6'3 235 about 10% BF. I routinely 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with 300+ bench, 400+ squat, 500+ deadlift. Currently on 3rd cycle (have only ever use test, NPP, Dboll). I am on TRT.
Week 1-8
-Test E 500
-NPP 400
Week 8-13
-Test E 750
-NPP 600
Week 1-7 I gained about 7 pounds.
Weeks 8-12 very unexpected and stressful time in my life. I didint gain anything except for some fat
For the final 7 weeks I wanted to re-composition a bit not sure if i should go the way of adding Tren A or Anavar. I wont add both because both are new to me. My goal is 240 @ 8% with a 700 Deadlift although that may not be accomplished this cycle.
Some options I was thinking are
Test P 600mg/wk
NPP 200 mg/wk
Tren A 300 mg/wk
or
Test P 600 mg/wk
NPP 400 mg/wk
Anavar 60 mg/day

I would just add the anavar and forget the tren this time. anavar will give you some nice strength while keeping you hard and may help loose a little fat. And what is your thought on switching from test e to test p the last 7 Weeks? I would probably just keep the test e since it's already in your system.

I figured that adding the test P would help shed some water weight. It doesn't seem like i'm holding much water so continuing test E wouldnt make a difference.

how about the rest of the AAS im taking Test E 750 and NPP 600 should i just keep those the same for the remainder of the cycle?

Usually test and NPP don't make me feel any better nor worse
I use these measures in my training log to keep track. 3 is normal while a 5 greatly increased
Labido -- 4.5/5 (jesus christ wtf feel 16)
Energy -- 3/5 (normal)
Pumps -- 4/5 (Painful at times lower back especially)
Strength -- 3.5/5 (increasing steadily)
Sweating -- 4/5 (night sweats at times)
stress -- 3/5 (normal amounts)
Pain/injuries -- None
Other Sides -- None other than above
Sitting at 235 10% i'm so close to my 240 8% but so damm far

I would forego the Tren this time and throw in some var for the finish line.
Also would just continue on Test E.
