My experience is fasted morning vs immediately after a workout I personally saw now difference (mind you I'm no competitor). I kind of like the theory fit it in whenever you can, at least you're still doing it!

Some say fasted cardio in the morning is best. Some say cardio immediately after strength training is best. I feel like convenience should be top priority. If you're struggling to wake up and do am cardio but missing sessions that's not good and if your strength training session doesn't allow you to get decent cardio session in that's not good either. Find what works for you. For me I do a 20 min steady state cardio session after a couple of my shorter strength training routines and then do a couple longer cardio only sessions when time permits. Getting the cardio done is most important. Get that cardio in!!

This is what I do for myself also. But if I was training someone and they were really over weight I'd suggest fasted cardio.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.
