Will my massage and acupuncture guy know?

I've got this great massage and acupuncture guy that I go to once or twice a month to take care of any problems or injuries. He's been working on me for about 6 months and knows my body pretty well.

Is he gonna notice a difference in my body, muscles, skin, etc once I start pinning 500mg test cyp every week? Besides from increased muscle mass, I'm talking more along the lines of water retention or other possible side effects.

I don't really want him to know what I'm doing as far as aas goes and I don't really want to answer any questions about it either.

Will it make acupuncture any more difficult or less affective?

There is nothing in his 'training' as an acupuncturist that would help him tell if you were on steroids. If he was personally interested in the topic himself he may have an opinion, but at the end of the day, who really gives a shit if your acupuncture guy thinks you're on steroids. He's not any sort of official medical practitioner anyway.

Who cares if he knows or makes an assumption. It will be up to you what you tell him if he does ask. Re bit really any of his business and will have nothing to do with your acupuncture. Dont sweat it.

So water retention won't make acupuncture any more difficult to apply or make it less effective?

Acupuncture is all in your head bro. If you think you're getting something worthwhile, then you are. I saw a experiment once where they let a bunch of people with no acupuncture training whatsoever just stick needles in random places in peoples bodies, and the other group were trained acupuncturists and knew all the 'pressure point' blah blah, and the groups of patients had the exact same results. Just some food for thought. Hate to see another bro getting ripped off.

This is so random but I just stared watching this new Hulu show called "shut eye" which focuses on gypsies and the scam arts of fortune telling and psychics and stuff. Haha okay carry one. Good show tho if you're looking for one!

I can see how this might be the case for people who get acupuncture for stuff like anxiety or sleep problems. But when I've got a muscle knot and this guy sticks a needle in it, the muscle knot goes away. I can feel it relaxing when the needle is in it and then after he pulls the needle out like 20 minutes later the knot is either already gone or it's gone the next day. And these are muscle knots that I've gotten deep tissue done on and they wouldn't respond to that. Plus the randomness of that study wouldn't apply here since the needle does need to be inserted directly into the muscle knot. I do appreciate your concern though.
