      ? On pinning locations

      I'm about to run 3 injectables and Pin a lot during the week. I have always used enanthate and long esters before. I will now be doing ED or EOD shots. I have never done more than 1 1/2 cc's in one shot. I normally pin in my glutes my Tri's or my favorite my lats. I tried once in my legs and I hated it was very painful. I have never done my shoulders except for traps a couple times and a half a cc per trap. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated an amount or locations

      I go rear delt, side delt, triceps(all 2mls max) can hold quite a bit and if your tris are big enuf you have two places to pin.. inner chest (1ml max).. quads (fuk you can go a 5ml).. watch out for test prop thou...can sting like fuck...
      Some of lads like biceps and lats, thou ive never done a lat, id say it could hold a bit...some crazy buggers go calfs...im not game on that one thou...I like to walk...

      ed shots are easy to do in a site rotation if you can stomach it and the gear doesn't hurt....


      if you've hit traps, your braver than me....youll be fine...

      I do the following:

      Triceps: 1mL per tricep

      Quads: 2mL per quad

      Delts: 1-2mL per delt

      Calves: Only pinned this once and did 2mL....couldn't hardly walk for a week or two ...so never tried it again.

      Yeah 2ml per quad is what I have found works best for me. I've even done 3 in a quad, although I really should have broken it up.
      You can pin up and down your quads so you've got a good amount of locations there.

      hahaha.. on calves... hit that rear delt john.. gives the usually lacking fucker a little help along..
      I read some thread this week, a dude pinned one of his nuts with hcg.. and was curious on pinning the other one... I think he was being serious too....

      I do upper left gluten as much oil as I need usually don't need to go higher than 3ml though. Then I do next shot in my right upper then left middle just a tad lower than previous shot and then same on other side. Then I switch to upper outer quads be careful if it is painful going in it's gonna be sore as fuck do reposition if you feel like you hit a nerve or something but it's a great spot to push a lot of oil. A lot of guys give up cuz the first couple times it's rough but it gets better I promise. Try to be relaxed and not tense when hitting quads it will help. So I rotate flutes and legs which it about s 2 1/2 week split when doing every other day . It works great for me but you really gotta trial and error brother. Good luck

      I do glutes, quads and delts. Up to 3cc in all three isn't a problem for me. Honestly I hate doing quads tho. Been thinking of trying ventro glutes soon
