      750 vs 500mg of test e

      Currently bumping up from 500 to 625mg of test enth a week just to see if i get some slightly better results. My bodyweight seems to have plateau'd even though diet and training have been consistent throughout, so I thought this would be worth a shot. I would add more compounds like deca but I already spent enough on orals lately. My goals are really just to get stronger and put on lean mass, I plan on running 15 weeks and have just enough for 750mg a week, would this be worth it? or is 500+ just a waste of time and money?

      I was running 1000 test e a week and I personally didn't see much difference than when I was running 500. I've since dropped mine back down to the 600 range and added other compounds to achieve my goals as more test didn't get me there. Then again, you may have better luck than I. I gain hard no matter what I run, lol. Good luck with it.

      yeah I'm just trying to figure out what I should do since this cycle I haven't really made the gains i was expecting. Maybe I just need some more patience it is only week 7 after all lol

      Ha ha, patience, what's that? That's the main reason I started running gear. I have no patience. Hell, I'm still on a learning curve for what works best for me. I did get a slight increase in strength but not any gain in size. In fact I think I'd lost a few lbs on that cycle. No hurt in trying, right? Never know til you do.

      Adding more test isn't the answer. The only thing that'll happen is you'll get more side affects. When you start to plateau it means its time to bump up the calories slightly and also adjust the macros.
      This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

      spot on... getting lean is solely diet and hard work... do more cardio ifnu wanna get lean..if your wanting to get stronger tweak your macros maybe intake more carbs especially in a Pre workout meal and post

      What has been your cycle?

      how long have you been on certain compounds this cycle have you cycled off didnyou cruise and blast etc all these are factors

      the fellas are right. increase your calories. I disagree on one thing, as if 750mgs isn't better than 500mgs.. fk sake fellas...it aint if you don't eat more. but if you do and your smart about it.
      you mention orals... have you stopped them, maybe your gains came from the water they bring...so if you have dropped orals say by 250mgs pw, the adding of the extra test has you where you were growing...generally a oral cycle is 4 to 6 weeks. you get a bit toxic by that stage.. drink more water, more veg, lots more veg, add the extra 250 in my book..or my advice buy tren e, not much for a vial. 200mgs pw gets you ten weeks. thou id be aiming for a higher dose. say 300mgs pw...1.5 mls per week gets you 6 and a half weeks... technically if you saved the test for another time or trade it, you have saved money on your cycle. so, buy a vial of tren e..... I say tren e, as tren promotes gains even without a calorie increase.. its your best value for money compound.

      I ran tbol 60 mg 3 weeks then bumped up to 80 for an additional 2 so 5 weeks total. The lower back pumps were making deadlifts difficult and I never have lower back issues. So I came off tbol and stayed on enth 500/wk. I was also taking test suspension early on in the cycle just as a preworkout 50-75mg. I definitely liked the suspension so I ordered some more just as pre-workout. Also ordered some tren base because... why the fuck not. I also think taking a small dose of tren base might tell me if I'm prone to the sides, and I bought caber just in case. So what are your guy's thoughts on this? Any experience with suspensions? I see to respond well to test suspension and get very few sides
