Thread: AST / ALT Levels High (liver)

Friend's ast/alt levels are high. its his first cycle, AEL test e, 500 mg/week. i have him all set up, just had him get bloods. everything is in order. but his AST/ALT levels are high. after a good google, it means his liver is under a lot of stress......he is obviously still drinking and maybe do some rec drugs, yes? has to be......ive ran a fuck ton of gear and never had any liver problems on zero liver support.

Liver enzyme elevation is actually norm with test dosages around TRT and even higher, and at that dosage its almost the norm..Now how high are we talking?

People get all fluttered and in a panic about liver elevation levels..I mean, it's serious enough to keep an eye on, but soon as he stops his test dosages ( if that's what he is truly only taking and no drinking or rec drugs) it will go back to norm..

Hard training can also elevate it as well

training, diet, sups, high protein etc etc...The liver is the master regulator, everything goes through it..

I was just wondering bc like i said, ive trained as hard as the next juice head, while taking 4 compounds and 2 orals and never had any ast/alt elevation. gonna have to kindly disagree in saying that elevated levels are not the norm....
