Time off between cycles
This may have been asked or answered already but I couldn't find it. I am running a basic cycle of 500mg/wk test e. How long should I be off before starting a new cycle.
... Also this is my first cycle so I don't have anything to compare it to but I am very happy with the gear I got from thedictator. Would definitely recommend it.

Time on equals time off from what I hear. So if you are running 12 weeks cycle and pct of 4 weeks you have 16 weeks total.

u would actually have 18 weeks in that situation, since u need to wait 2 weeks for the ester to clear before pct
