A cruise is downtime. Stick with just the 200-250 test per week and use an AI if necessary. I like to think of cruising as if it were a pct without the negatives, cleanse your body out without losing your gains :P If you have an addiction for jabbing shit maybe give hgh a go while your cruising and then run it through your next blast too. But keep the AAS to a low

Yea, I got that, but didn't you ask about throwing other shit in? If you do that is it still "cruising?"
