Calf pumps / shin pumps
I've been getting insane pain in my lower legs when I run. I've been to doctors and physical therapists and no one can seem to diagnose it as an injury or mechanical issue....then I remembered guys talking about "calf pumps" and "shin pumps." It feels like the craziest pump I've ever felt, but it's not really my calf (gastroc or soleus) or my shin (anterior tibialis). Instead, it's like down the side of my lower leg....peroneal muscle I think? It starts up at about the half mile, and my 3/4 of a mile my ankle wants to give out. It mostly goes away when I get off my feet. I'm an athlete, and I need to run.....had a 9 mile obstacle race last weekend, and felt like such a loser limping it after my legs lit up in the first half mile!!
ive had it off and in for the past couple years.....trying to remember if it's always been when I'm on cycle, and thinking maybe it has been! I never put the two together.
im running 500mg sust and 500mg eq per week. I did a 4 week tbol kickstart at 50mg/day. Dropped the tbol, hoping that was what caused it, but now it's still happening. Only on my 6th week of what I was hoping was a 16 week cycle. Trying to decide if I should drop the gear, or drop the racing this spring.
Does this sound like the same "calf pumps" people talk about??? Ever heard of it on the gear I'm taking (I usually hear about it on dbol)??
thanks fellas.

That only happens to me when I take Tbol and Tren. I don't how to cure it. I usually have to wait a few weeks for the compounds to clear my system then I'm fine again.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

Cool...but it sounds like that's the problem, right? That's the kind of pain you felt when you've had them???
I was concerned it was compartment syndrome, which requires some pretty gnarly testing and surgery.

I think this is pretty common running gear. I even get jaw pumps while eating

Yeah I had heard of it. But my brain didn't put it together until just now. I feel like an idiot for going to the doctor, if that's all it is. But OMG it hurts.

Try 1000mg taurine with aminos(preferably with a hydration complex) i tried that when i ran anadrol and it worked pretty well also being super hydrated helps too. Not much you can do with those nasty pumps.
