Hey men - I would like to hear all thoughts on my situation. I am on my second cycle ( 1st was all Test cyp - did pretty good I guess) Now running tect cyp 500/wk and DECA 3-400/wk ( I say 3-400 because I dont always measure correctly but definately at least 3 and really no more than 4 ). I use Caber and Adex - as minimum as possible. As far as diet, I would say that I'm not eating like a pig, but then not eating like I'm dieting either. Just in-between I guess with a lot of protein shakes consumed. I have gained approx 16 lbs. I am in the 8th week of the cycle. So far I Think I'm making decent gains but one area of concern is that I am thickening in the waist - pants much tighter than before. I used to be more "cut" before I started this cycle - I'm not saying I was "chiseled", but my abs/etc were a lot more prominent than they are now. And pants fit a lot looser around waist than they do now. I'm probably not doing the exact amount of cardio I did before the cycle, but not much less. I understand about aromatization and water retention etc etc. That's why I take the Adex but maybe not enough - I just don't know. Anyway - obviously I don't want the 'waist thickening' to continue. I am looking for all thoughts about my situation. Thanks men.
