      2nd Timer needing advice

      Hey men - I would like to hear all thoughts on my situation. I am on my second cycle ( 1st was all Test cyp - did pretty good I guess) Now running tect cyp 500/wk and DECA 3-400/wk ( I say 3-400 because I dont always measure correctly but definately at least 3 and really no more than 4 ). I use Caber and Adex - as minimum as possible. As far as diet, I would say that I'm not eating like a pig, but then not eating like I'm dieting either. Just in-between I guess with a lot of protein shakes consumed. I have gained approx 16 lbs. I am in the 8th week of the cycle. So far I Think I'm making decent gains but one area of concern is that I am thickening in the waist - pants much tighter than before. I used to be more "cut" before I started this cycle - I'm not saying I was "chiseled", but my abs/etc were a lot more prominent than they are now. And pants fit a lot looser around waist than they do now. I'm probably not doing the exact amount of cardio I did before the cycle, but not much less. I understand about aromatization and water retention etc etc. That's why I take the Adex but maybe not enough - I just don't know. Anyway - obviously I don't want the 'waist thickening' to continue. I am looking for all thoughts about my situation. Thanks men.

      Deca will definetly put more water weight on some guys, npp has always kept me leaner of the 2 . How much arimadex you running and caber?

      I take .5 adex and .5 Caber every 3 days. I read how that is enough - but maybe not for me ? I don't know.

      Yeah - I know I gotta get 'em checked. Not always that easy tho - and expensive if not scripted by a Doc.

      Test and Deca are the best combo of bulkers on the planet IMO and you will put on mass everywhere. Some may be water weight and some fat. If you want the waist line to stay slim you take care of that in the kitchen.

      Yea bro mass is going to come on quick with the test deca,also some water weight probably.
      Not everyone needs caber on deca,if you keep your estrogen in check you should be fine. I run .5 adex ed because my estrogen gets high but I also don't need caber. Your estro could be getting high causing more water retention as well. I would get a quick blood test and see where your levels are at,easiest way to pin point.
      Everyone's body responds differently to compounds so if your adex and caber is working then keep running it.
