I used cissus in college during football season and its a dream for inflammation. I love it personally. I used USP labs cissus. 3000mg post workout or practice usually did the trick.

Yes I like it, it seems to have my right elbow tendon and joint feeling good. My right side had a lot of issues. Along with maybe a knee issue usually. But fish oil and cissus and as said in this thread super cissus by USP was an award winner for a joint supp. I've never tried TB 500 or BPC but I've wanted to and probably will I hear they're more for injuries though. I feel like joint pain can be handled with joint specific items. Injury yes I would say TB or BPC. As in my right knee I slipped on some ice a few weekends ago when I was sloppy drunk and I fucked up something. It doesn't hurt to bend or use but say I'm having sex in missionary or it gets bumped I feel like this burning pain sensation in it. Anyone have any insight on that let me know.

its saddens me to see al of these comments. So quick to deal with inflammation, and pain with pharmacology. few to no mentions of working with a health care professional to get to the root of their dysfunction leading that leads to pain.

I don't disagree with you one bit on this. But half the time it could just be not proper diet or low in a certain area. I mean vitamins and other simple supplements are there for the reason of handling simple issues say like right elbow pain. It was just a joint pain (not sure if tennis elbow or what ) that was taken care of when I just took some supplements or vitamins that alleviate or deal with the issue. I believe seeing your physician is a must. But if it's not a huge issue no. People go in for head colds wanting antibiotics. Just tough the cold out for a few days and you'll be fine.

Tendon and joint pain, how do you deal with it?
I heard Decca speeds up collagen synthesis from 300 to 500 percent.
But if you are getting older and it's just due to previous damage or age and joints wearing out, most guys do diet, supplements and over the counter pain meds Dr. Will probably put you on a med or two, most guys especially on a sight like this do what they can before self medicating with something that can be found underground.
