Thread: New cycle, when to start ais

So I just got started. After reading a few different posts I decided to front load. I dont know whether it makes any difference or not but I figured at 2 injections its not like im out that much gear. Today pinned 1c test e 300 and will do another c on thursday. I am planning on running .5c for the following 4 weeks and at that point I will get bloods done to decide whether or not to stay at that dose for 12 weeks or to up it to 600/wk. This is my first cycle so I want to get as much as possible with as little as possible as I have read on here a number of times.

Theres the background...so here is the question. I have adex and was planning on .5 eod or e3d depending on my sex drive. When should I start taking them? I have heard/read after first pin but I have also seen week 2 or even week 3.

Also some advice. Keep your ai dosing consistent that way when u get bloods u will know exactly how you respond using that protocol and can adjust if need be.
